Provisioning Center

In September 2004, Eurostar UK Ltd awarded the Compagnie des Wagons-Lits the contract for the provisioning of Eurostar trains traveling from the British stations. This contract, served in a partnership with Alpha Airports Group Plc, concerns some 9000 trains provisioned from the Waterloo International and Ashford International terminals.

In 2005, almost 7.5 million passengers traveled on the Eurostar lines between London, Ashford, Paris, Brussels, Lille, Disneyland Paris, Avignon, Calais and the Alps.

Guaranteeing the correct provisioning of the trains within the set lead times, our logistic teams work with the multiple requirements applicable to the preparation, packaging and transport on board of the catering products served to Eurostar customers.

The Provisioning Center teams pay particular care to the preparation and handling of meal trays to be served to the Business Premier and Leisure Select clientele.

The Compagnie des Wagons-Lits and Alpha find it especially engrossing to accompany Eurostar in the formidable project represented by the change of its London station, when, on the night of 13-14 November 2007, Eurostar moves its services from Waterloo International station to the new St Pancras International station.
